The bi-county Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission approved the master plan amendment without discussion at its Jan. 21 meeting, according to Montgomery County Planning Board spokeswoman Valerie Berton. The amendment contained Germantown’s Little Seneca Viaduct and B&O culverts and railroad bed, as well as other locations outside of Germantown.
