kabob place serves mostly middle easterners

The Gazette reviews Johnny’s Kabob, located in Germantown Plaza. (Think Lotte Plaza, Dunkin Donuts, Pelican Pete’s.)

NPR has also done a story on this place. You can read a brief intro, then listen to the original radio broadcast.

Johnny Kabob, Germantown

Is it Johnny Kabob, or Johnny's Kabob?

It’s too bad The Washington Post or (especially) the Gazette don’t review more Germantown restaurants. I think there may be several reasons for this, but I won’t go into that now. Besides, I’d just be guessing at their rationales.

You may also want to try the Caspian House of Kabob. The Gazette reviewed it in 2004. Then there’s Moby Dick House of Kabob. Wow, all in Germantown.
