Recently the new Seneca Valley High principal, Dennis Queen, met with SGA, class officers, staff and parents. Now he wants to meet with all the students to get to know them before the school year starts.
This invitation is open to ALL students, new and old, in grades 9 through 12.
Mr. Queen wants to know what’s on the mind of students. They can talk to Queen about the school, classes, athletics, hallways, atmosphere or anything else about Seneca Valley.
The meeting will be held 7:00pm, Thursday, August 14 in the Media Center (2nd floor).
If you are interested in attending the student meeting with Mr. Queen, email Ms. Bennett, PTSA president, firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, grade and phone number. This will help the high school get an idea of the number of students that will attend the meeting.
One of Queen’s strong points is apparently talking things out with key people. He feels keeping open lines of communication is very important.
To him, the entire student body is important.
