fail fast, fail cheap

Xceleron is a biomedical research company that has just opened its doors of a Germantown Facility. They advicate a controvertial technique called microdosing. Take a small, but harmless, dose of a drug and test it on humans instead of testing a normal dose on an animal.

The best model for humans is humans. Such experiments are designed to provide a quicker, cheaper trial.
